Returns

  • Returns are only applicable for Singapore Orders.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of purchase and exchange, subject to stock availability, for another product of equal or greater value.
  • Any item being exchanged must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Golf & Leisure has the authority to reject returns if any of the return clauses have been breached.
  • If you chose to exchange for a higher-priced product you will need to pay the difference.
  • Products purchased on Sale, Promotion, or Manufacturer's Closeouts are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • We will process a refund only if the returned product is found to be defective and cannot be replaced or repaired.

Please follow the steps below for online returns:
Send an email to accounts@sportsleisure.com.sg with your invoice attached and the reason for exchange and returns.
Our customer service officers will contact you within 5 business days of your return request. They may request further information/ pictures to access your request, then send an email of confirmation once the return is approved.
Please do not return any item(s) before receiving a return confirmation email. Please note that currently all returns postage will be paid by the sender.

Shipping

Please Note: Shipping address information requested during registration/checking out as a guest is purely for billing purposes. All shipping rates will be calculated per order based on the parcel(s) weight, dimensions, and final destination. Your applicable shipping fees will automatically be calculated and displayed in the order summary during the checkout process. This is done for your reference and acceptance before clicking the final “submit” button to finalize the payment of your order.

Delivery

All local orders above $50 can enjoy Free Island-Wide Delivery. (Singapore)
Deliveries will take place on weekdays between the times of 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please make sure there is someone at the address provided to sign for and accept the delivery.
Your package will be delivered to you within 3 working days.

Please note the following:

  • We will not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will start processing on the 1st working day of the following week.
  • We will not deliver to a courier/shipping forwarder, please utilize a residential or business address for the delivery to be completed successfully.
  • International shipping will incur import duties in most destination countries, this is payable by the consumer and is NOT included in our shipping costs.

Undelivered Parcels & Additional shipments:
In the event of incorrect shipping details or absence of recipient/signee at the delivery address, charges will be incurred. The courier service we utilize will require remuneration to resend the delivery, and the costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Please make sure you have filled in all shipping details correctly when verifying your order during the checkout process to avoid additional charges.
  • Please also ensure there is someone available to sign and accept the parcel to avoid any additional costs being incurred.

Note: Golf & Leisure will not be held liable whatsoever in the event of a parcel going missing once it has been signed for the destination address.

Extended Delivery Times:
At times there may be circumstances that may extend delivery times. In such an event we will contact you to inform you of the updated estimated time of arrival of your parcel. We seek your kind understanding on this matter while we try to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
